Join the Downey City Council and others at the flag pole in front of  City Hall to commemorate the men and women who served militarily during the Vietnam War. There will be an honor guard, a keynote speaker representing the Marines, and a reading of the 24 names of military personal from Downey who died during this long-lasting conflict.
