Come and enjoy Downey's 73rd annual Christmas Parade, 1:00 pm along Downey Avenue. Pictures with the Grinch from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Pictures with Santa from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Vendors for holiday shopping will be along 4th Street, between Downey Avenue and New Street.
